AN ORGANIC FARM
In our agro-ecological farm directly on the Domaine du Mas, we have recreated an island of biodiversity. We cultivate more than 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables & herbs by hand, for the best taste and the regeneration of the soil.


A vegetarian table, based on products from the Farm
At the Mas des Prêcheurs, we gave the kitchen keys to our house manager.
Everything is vegetarian, prepared every day with seasonal products from our farm.
Your meals are then ready in the kitchen, on the large farm table, or kept warm in the oven, depending on the dishes and the seasons.
We offer a hearty breakfast every morning, as well as a 3-course dinner (a starter, a main course, and a dessert) every evening in high season.
At the Mas, there is no table service, but everything is prepared in advance so that you only have to put your feet under it!
Our team will welcome you by explaining the small rituals of the House, and will introduce you to new recipes that you will probably want to reproduce at home. For those who want to go out, do not hesitate to consult our guide with good addresses in the area!

aperitif


We want you to feel at home here, so everything has been simplified and is self-service. Emilie will be happy to serve you an aperitif and prepare a small plate for you to eat wherever you want in the estate, but also feel free to have a glass or a bottle of Alpilles wine in the fridge, all you have to do is indicate on the board that you served yourself. Many corners are conducive to times of sharing and contemplation as the sun sets...
